Sir, when the meritnation people called me to become a paid member, i asked them mainly 2 services 1) unlimited daily practice problems 2) national tests. They assured me that my son can practice unlimited number of questions from any chapter everyday as they have 4 lakh 10th class students as paid members. Listening to the quantity of students i was attracted and paid rs 8700/- on 1st of june 2016 (4 days back). But when started working with the problems there was a software problem. I complained about the problem to the company, they told me that they resolve the issue in 10 to 15 days. When they have a problem with the website how can they take money from me? When i asked them to refund my money, they refused. Please help me to get my money back so that i can opt for another good online course for my son. Was this information helpful? |
