I am Ex Branch Manager of Syndicate Bank, aged 66 staying alone .I m sufferring from suspected colon bleeding/cancer, prostate problems, severe depression etc.Once in week Mescom shuts down from morning till evening till evening in the name of ]. Maintenance' on Tuesdays.Today is Wednesday and there was power failure at 10am.Upon contacting enquiry, I go the reply, no idea'.Then I checked my tripper several times.It was okay.Then I phoned again.I got the reply that line man must have disconnected in the area. After sometime I called and I got the reply that it will come after 10 mts.After 10 mts, when I called, I got the reply that it will come at 1pm.When I called at 1pm, I got the reply that it will come at 2pm.Then I called Mobile Number[protected] must be the in the name of Mr.Rajesh, Asst.Engineer Mannagudda.I explained him about my sickness and my helpness that I am about to be hspitalised due this kind of irresponsible replies from Mescom and pwer cuts and evasive replies..I told him that if it contnues like this I will have to lodge complaint.Infact I know this Mr.Rajesh for the past 2 years and he is known for giving blunt replies and he had blocked my mobile number also and I was phoning him from Residence landline.Today also, he told me that he will see that how I will give complaint.There is no problem in disconnections, load shedding etc, but let there be proper system of intimating to consumers.Kindly look into the matter.
