[Resolved] Mescom — my mescom customer id is registered to another person and mescom customer care number 1912 is not reachable.

My customer ID [protected] on MESCOM is registered to another person online and I need to get it registered correctly in my name.
I am unable to connect with MESCOM customer service number 1912 for the last two months. SMSes sent to their number 58888 result in the following reply - "Error: Server is busy. Pls try after some time."

For obtaining any information, the pre-requisite is to register on the MESCOM site which is not possible. Since I stay in another city, I need to view my electricity bills online before making payments.

Can MESCOM customer relationship team please connect with me to resolve the issue?

Updated by [email protected] Its Account ID [protected] and not Customer ID.
Customer ID has to be generated on MESCOM website along with the password.
