Mescom — online payment | |
I have paid the electricity bill through google pay and the transaction was successful. And money was debited from the bank. But in the mescom website the message shows the transaction was failure. And even after contacting the customer care service the problem was not resolved. I have attached the pictures of both payment recipts. Please resolve this as soon as possible Thank you. We are facing a big issue and there is no power suply @our village. No one is responding from 15 days and which is located @thirthahalli konandoor bombalige and we complaint aganestt this issue including MLA ARAGA GNANENDRA. No one is helping us to solve the issue and also asking money to provide power.
