Dear sir,

‌in the captioned subject i have submitted the necessary documents on 29.12.2016 at mescom udupi.
After due verification of my application and documents by the concerned officials they accepted my application after payment of fee of rs 100 /- with receipt number[protected] on 29.12.2016 (Copy enclosed). I am of the opinion that the same will be transferred in my name after their procedure.
In this regard i haven't received any communication from mescom udupi. The said house number was rented to 'forest department, social forest department udupi'. During november 2017 when i verified the electricity bill was not transferred to my name.
I went to mescom udupi in november 2017 after long search they found my application. Thanks to one lady staff who cooperated in this regard, they told that the door no 3-1-54 in b. No 56-13 a they want change of khata certificate in the name of bharathi r shenoy, though in will copy it is specifically mentioned the s. No of property with d. No and r. R no belonging to my share they insisted for the khata change certificate. Which i submitted with in 2 days without any arguments.
Even then there was no communication from the mescom office.in january 2018 i went to office again for enquiry of status to which they replied that there was some discrepancy in the form indemnity bond, that the address wasn't correct. The same was rectified by me with my signature. After that till date there was no official communication from udupi mescom.
I want the following clarification:-
Is it correct on the part of mescom to keep the application pending without any written communication for such a long period.
Is it expected that the applicant has to repeatedly visit the office to enquire the status. The application is submitted with the required verified documents and fees, whether they may find discrepancy in the piece meal form.
I am fully aware that we have to cooperate to get our work done so that the rr no is transferred in my name. At the same time it is also the duty of the mescom to keep their records updated and they should also cooperate with the consumers without giving unnecessary trouble.
Finally rules are made to protect the interest of the consumer and it should not become a hindrance due to unnecessary queries.
I request you to resolve my complaint at the earliest.

To do online payment it asks to put the consumer number of 10 digits. But in our bill consumer number has 12 digits. How to do online bill payment now???

Namaste sir... I Manish Sarkar . residents land link layout. I purchase a new house in 2nd cross. Apposite Nagabana temple... There is 2 trees in very danger position ... Fall down in high tention wire... Pls do the needful ... Regards.
