[Resolved]  Metal Leopard — sold defective and useless bikes saying it was new

the owner of Metal Leoprd, Mr.Anu Aju.A, has sold me an old bike saying it is new and never used.when i got the bike, it was already driven more than 20000 kms, in a very poor condition, most of the parts are not in working condition and many parts are damaged.also he has not given me original documents.the bike was is so poor condition that i had to take it to my home on a mini truck.it is useless to me.
the bike is useless, cannot drive it.most of the parts are rusted or broken.i couldnt drive it since it took it at home.i have spent 1.95 lacs on that bike and i got junk. i just want my money back.
