[Resolved] Metrexa Technology — not paying refundable deposit

While filling forms they blocked my id 2 times by saying you did multiple login and asked to pay 20500/- twice ie in total 41000/- as refundable deposit in subsequent month. Otherwise they said to file criminal case against me. So by fear i paid funds to company bank account by neft on 29.12.18 & 2.1.19. But now they didn't give any response to me. Customer care executive said call to legal dept, legal dept said don't call us, call customer care. Nobody is answering properly & don't care about my situation. Please help me to refund my money. Feb 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't get my money back till date. All customer care dept contact nos are wrong. Sales executive said who gave me work didn't know anything. So how can i retrieved my funds back ? You can do one thing that file FIR against them. You shouldn't had to pay money. The company is fake and doesn't exist actually. Ask them for their registration number and MCA certificate. I'm damn sure they will not have. I think you have to report in your nearest police station.
