Metro hospital sector 11 is the worst hospital. Zero customer service and zero staff coordination, it's just waste of time. The person on the reception does not know which doctor is present at the moment and asks the customer to find it out. We are waiting outside for our turn and after sometime we got to know that the doctor has left without informing anyone. Unsatisfied... Was this information helpful? | |||||
