Metro Hospitals — Very bad behavior and careless OPD system

We are facing many times problem in OPD Appointment everytime, no proper response, even called many times call for appointment but no response, request in whatsapp but no response.. And all staff speacially Anuradha in OPD metro hospital sector 12 doing very bad behavior with us.. Talking very roughly and rudely..no support, plz take action we are very dissapointed with OPD team in Metro Hospital heart wing Sector-12.
Find attached screenshot called many times but not picked my call.. And I have requested in whatsapp but after reading msg no response
