I had previously written in complaints book regards certain issues but the authorities of the mall haven't informed about the action taken.
Today when I wanted to complain about wrong canvassing offer and its billing difference just wanted to check action taken column of previous complaint
Manager denied saying I have no rights
Its very good
Lazy mall administration sleeping
Higher authorities behave like Alice in wonderland
