[Resolved] Metro SMS — Non-Activation of the Service Even After Making Full Payment | |||
I was looking for a Bulk SMS plan as we send SMS to large group of people for our Yoga Classes related to the Art of Living Foundation. Mr. Muralidhar Reddy (Mob.-[protected]) contacted me and informed me about his website http://metrosms.in. He offered me quotation which after negotiation over my phone no. ([protected]) came to Rs. 2500/- for 50000 SMS. As informed by him that the services would be activated within 10 minutes of depositing the amount in His ICICI Account NO.[protected] which I made through my Friend Sagnik through his ICICI Account NO.[protected]. AFter depositing the amount, Shri Reddy informed by email that the amount has been received. But even after passage of 5 days, the services have not been activated so far. Sri Reddy is not picking up calls and on informing him that If not activated the service, I shall take legal action, he replied by sms that "Go Ahead".I think, Shri Reddy is doing forgery and he has no intention to take action. I have lost Rs. 2500 and due to not being activated by my service, I am not able to send sms and this is impacting the service which we render to people. He is not responding to my calls and sms I want the service to be activated at the earliest possible. Shri Reddy should refund the amount to me and compensate me for the trouble I have been taking due to this indifferent attitude of his Was this information helpful? | |||
