Mettur Super Services — Confirmed bus ticket - Seat alloted to some other passenger- booked passenger has been denied to board the bus.

Even though we had the above confirmed ticket we are denied to board the bus at the pick up point(Asok pillar) and they told that 'your name not displayed in our chart and seat no. 10 has been alloted to some other passenger.' (The above ticket was booked and confirmed on 14.08.21 for the journey to be programmed on 19.08.21 from Chennai to Mettur.)
The issue was conveyed as live to mettur head office but no alternate arrangement has been done. This is very unfair. This made a lot of mental agony and huge financial loss to us. The company has not yet replied positively for the issue.. Srinivasan
