Parcel not delivered after 3 days

Booked at Bangalore to Tindivanam on Feb 11, Parcel not received even after 3 days Feb14. No response from Head office staff at Mettur. Worst experience and poor customer service. Don't waste your money and valuable time. No update from manager at Bangalore for4 hours after complaint is registered. Negligent staff at head office who doesn't have any responsibility to find the consignment and why not delivered for 3 days whereas...

I Have not received the package which was booked through mettur transport from sivakasi during diwali. For the last three month following the mettur transport support number and other number still no response. very poor service. Need resolution as soon as possible....

Product damaged / bike Key not delivered

I booked my Royal Enfield classic 350 bike from Chennai to Mettuppalayam through Mettur Transports on last Sunday but I received it after a week, but they promised me to deliver on Tuesday. After delivery I noticed that the bike was mishandled and damaged by the workers. Also bike key was not delivered till now. I spoken with many peoples still no use.

Hi Sir,

Hope you will do needful for our Voice.

I have shipped my Bike (Yamaha SZ) from Pondicherry to Hosur due to change of work location.

When I m came to take my bike on delivery. I was shocked to see that my bike has been mis-handled during transit.

Damaged Details:
Front bike handle has been totally blend.
Front wheel guard has been broken.
Side Indicator has been Broken.

No proper response from the person who booked the transit from MSS- Pondy Branch.

Several Times called to Mr. Hari (RM) but he didn't responding.

I have spent around Rs.5000/- for the above damage. I need compensation from the Transport.

Please do the needful

    SUB roll (submersible motor) and panel (starter) sent by PSG ind from new Sidhapudur to Thuvakkudi trichy

    Thuvakkudi MSS says only panel is received and not subroll

    No proper response from Thuvakkudi MSS / Trichy HUB MSS or Sidhapudhur MSS properly

    (This motor is required for farming imeediately)

      Complaint: Parcel Missing

      Our supplier has booked 3 boxes belted as 1 parcel via LR NO. 3463219, But we received only 2 boxes, 1 box is missing. Booking office sent their CCTV footage loading 3 boxes, Receiving also sent their CCTV footage received only 2 boxes. Nobody is taking responsibility & not responding. kindly trace out our 1 box asap....

      We used this service from tirupur pushpa theatre branch to trichy tolgate branch. Loaded the cot with fully covered but we received without packing and full demage and scratch. New Cot parcel from furniture shop.

        Parcel not delivered in time and worst customer service

        Hi - My parcel booked on last friday is laying in sulur hub for past 4 days and no response from Mettur customer care and Booking manbagers. They charge heavy tansport fee but not readfy to deliver in time. Worst service....

          Booked at Kovilpatti mettur transport office on 27th oct 2023. Track id 2747018. 11 days completed But still my order not processed. In site status showing still pending at Kovilpatti office not dispatched yet. That person telling system issue like, lorry driver not answering call like that. No proper responce from customer care also. 10k worth material. Kindly do needful.

Still we have not yet received the material(today date[protected]. 1.5 lakh rupees worth material got struck somewhere and there is no proper response from the MSS Bangalore or Chennai.                         I sent the two wheeler parcel Tiruchengode to chennai(unicorn 160 cc ) on 29th July 2023. That vechile is damaged by loading labour and not proper packing. They will charged 1600 + 200(packing). Very worst treating the parcel. Booking no 1503076
