Vehile parcel damage

I have made a bike parcel from Tirupur to Chennai. When i receive that in Triplicane Chennai, Bike doom mask was totally damaged and broken and there is no response about their mistake.

Parcel opened on delivery

Parcel not delivered after 3 days

Booked at Bangalore to Tindivanam on Feb 11, Parcel not received even after 3 days Feb14. No response from Head office staff at Mettur. Worst experience and poor customer service. Don't waste your money and valuable time. No update from manager at Bangalore for4 hours after complaint is registered. Negligent staff at head office who doesn't have any responsibility to find the consignment and why not delivered for 3 days whereas...

We are booking parcel 2 whit poly bag on 8.1.2025 from Madurai Fatima college to Chennai Tondiarpet At the name of T.A VASU APPALAM DEPOT. Almost reached 5 days till now not received the parcel. So I call to the salem headoffice and Chennai hub and Manager. Everyone told it's in Chennai hub Velappanchavadi if you want come and take the parcel or wait for till Friday. Actually tomorrow pongal today I'll not supply means that order was cancelled by customer end. It's affect my business and Goodwill. But MSS staff told irresponsible Answer

      Desirable Resolution : Possible refund/ repair

      I recently packed my scooty and sent it from MSS Guindy to MSS Mannachanallur. Unfortunately, it arrived with significant damage, which is unusual. I haven't seen this level of damage on any other bikes transported by MSS.

      While the management told and I understand that the management is not directly responsible for damages, I believe the handling of vehicles should be handled with more care to ensure their safety. I'm very dissatisfied with this experience and will likely not recommend MSS transport for future parcel services.

      I've already contacted the Mettur head office, MSS Guindy office, and MSS Mannachanallur office but haven't received a satisfactory response. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly.

        I booked my Royal Enfield classic 350 bike from Chennai to Mettuppalayam through Mettur Transports on last Sunday but I received it after a week, but they promised me to deliver on Tuesday. After delivery I noticed that the bike was mishandled and damaged by the workers. Also bike key was not delivered till now. I spoken with many peoples still no use.

          Davidson street to kodumudi branch booking done on[protected]

          we booked 2 parcel to kodumudi branch and it reached erode and for 3 days we didn't got informed about that the kodumudi branch is closed permanently, when i called on 9th of august the people told me that the bundle is in erode for 3 days, they then booked it to muttur near kodumudi. it took 12 days for the bundle to reach from Chennai to final destination within state. box received open and in damaged condition, the box are opened and damaged, customer even lost his book fair for which the box were booked, worst service, no responsibility, feedback given on mss website but no message or call received.

            Hi Sir,

            Hope you will do needful for our Voice.

            I have shipped my Bike (Yamaha SZ) from Pondicherry to Hosur due to change of work location.

            When I m came to take my bike on delivery. I was shocked to see that my bike has been mis-handled during transit.

            Damaged Details:
            Front bike handle has been totally blend.
            Front wheel guard has been broken.
            Side Indicator has been Broken.

            No proper response from the person who booked the transit from MSS- Pondy Branch.

            Several Times called to Mr. Hari (RM) but he didn't responding.

            I have spent around Rs.5000/- for the above damage. I need compensation from the Transport.

                Our supplier has booked 3 boxes belted as 1 parcel via LR NO. 3463219, But we received only 2 boxes, 1 box is missing. Booking office sent their CCTV footage loading 3 boxes, Receiving also sent their CCTV footage received only 2 boxes. Nobody is taking responsibility & not responding. kindly trace out our 1 box asap....

                We used this service from tirupur pushpa theatre branch to trichy tolgate branch. Loaded the cot with fully covered but we received without packing and full demage and scratch. New Cot parcel from furniture shop.

                  Hi - My parcel booked on last friday is laying in sulur hub for past 4 days and no response from Mettur customer care and Booking manbagers. They charge heavy tansport fee but not readfy to deliver in time. Worst service....

In site status showing still pending at Kovilpatti office not dispatched yet. That person telling system issue like, lorry driver not answering call like that.
