[Resolved] Mettur Super Services (Mss) — No bus service, no refund | |||
HI SIR, I have booked ticket chennai to dharapuram in mettur super services, please find the attached ticket details. Boarding point in chrompet at 9.15 pm its mentioned in the ticket, i have been waited from 8.00 pm to 2.30 pm. Nearly 6.30 hrs in the bustand. Till now the bus is not came I have tried to reach mobile and land line number which is mentioned in the ticket .[protected], [protected] both are switched off . i need justice also my money should get refund .As emergency i have to go my home town i lost everything I AM SENDING THIS MAIL ON AUG 15 ie independence day HOPE I WILL GET JUSTICE SOON. LR.NO:1450211 Booked on[protected] from Coimbatore Siddapudur branch booked 4 numbers of boxes but delivered only 3 numbers. One box is missing Receipts 16674 issued from koyamedu branch. Please make arrangement in compensating the amount RS.3610.
