Mettur Super Services — Money debited for a ticket and ticket not booked

Hi this is Rajesh, 22 i had booked tickets from Chennai to kangayam on 10th September in mss app. After applying ticket i paid Rs.997 it through phonepe and payment request also I got from name PAYU after paying money is successfully debited and seat is not booked. And i called 4-5 customer care numbers they didn't even responded. I borrowed money from my relations to go for hometown but now it all went waste. So please help me.
