Dear sir,

We booked 1 no. of gunny bag (Wooden Pattern) from Ambattur to Ranipet on 25.05.2019 vide LR No.3027813.

Our customer is not yet received the items till now i.e. 25.06.2019 more than a month. While we are checking through online the status, its shows as delivered. We contacted the representative of the Ranipet Branch Mr. Dinesh, he said that he had wrongly entered as dispatched the material.

We are personally following him daily.

he is not responding our calls and no proper response in person also. Please take necessary action against him & our consignment.

Have booked the parcel from Chennai to tirunelveli on 18/10/2019 LR no:3513155.havenot received til today..21/10/2019...we are in need o[censored]rgent...can't able to reach office and they did not inform us abt where is the parcel...
I have booked parcel 3 days before Chengalpattu to Trichy but still I am not received my 30000rs worthy material.
I contact MSS people's no one response.
I am not a multi-million business man.
I got 30000rs daily interest. So MSS people give response lowest business people also they are also family. But definitely god give punishment without fail...

    We have booked the material through mss transports kalasipalyam branch from bangalore to mettupalayam lr no:089185 dt:[protected] but still they have not delivered the material till today the customer is in very urgent need of material.

    So, please deliver the material today itself with out any delay

      Travelling in MSS semi sleeper AC 9:30 pm from Erode to Chennai today.

      My seat no. 20, which is full of wet.

      When I ask they told me to keep blanket in seat.

      How could I travel with this. My dress got wet too.

      Worst travel experience.

      Not giving additional blanket for me to use.

      Since my dress is wet, I couldn’t travel comfortably.

      No one are ready to address my issue.

        I couriered plywood in six package.. Everything is wet and inpropriate response from the branches.. Its worth 30000 amd all the ply woods are wet... My customer is not ready to accept it, but the courier package service is not responding to my complaint.. I need necessary action to take against them and if my customer rejects the product, my moneybis loss

        Currently traveling Chennai - tiruchengodu via this bus (on 20-jun-2019) and experiencing on these very Rash Driving impact. Even after asking them to go slow, they didn't care and argumenting with passengers like anything.they already hit barricade and still continuing rash driving at present

            The numbers which is been provided in the red bus app are not attending the call.. We the people booking tickets with mss are not calling to chit chat with the people on the other side.in case of emergency only we are calling. What the hell service he is providing.. Worst service on this earth.. I'm gonna tell all my friends and relatives not to book bus in mss

            Have parcelled 2boxes from Madurai to Coimbatore a week back. On Wednesday came for pickup but boxes were missing no solution provided yet.

            I had booked parcel from Kumbakonam on 4 Jan 2019 morning in the name of Subramaniyam with LR NO- 2658117 to Rajapalayam . But the parcel is not yet delivered. Please track the parcel id and deliver to the respective address as soon as possible.
            Your customer care no is very irresponsible person. We are trust you to delivery in correct time.but you are cheating.we are still waiting for more than 2and half day for your delivery in sivakasi still we are not receiving the bundle.

              Rs 115 was my bill n i gave 200. I was asked for the change. I didn't have, i was to see the message before n bring the change. I was denind the parcel n was asked to walk out for not having the change. I get the situation but the behaviour was so rude n threating. I strongly recommend a serious consideration.                 Hi, i have sent my scooter through mettur transports parcel service. They charged me 1300 with bill and 200 without bill for parcel charges. They mentioned that next day delivery and no need to pay anything.

                When i went to delivery office they asked me 50 rupees for unloading.in the bill it was clearly mentioned that loading and unloading charges were 0. Hence i asked bill. They mentioned that, they will change it in the bill. But not ready to give office seal.

                In the online, they gave the helpline no. I called the helpline and trying to make a complaint. The helpline guy speaking very rudely and started scolding at me in 1 min 39 sec conversation. No respect to customer at all.

                About the transport, scooter brakes were broken and lot of scratches as well. No point of paying 200 rupees for packing.

                I'm really upset by the helpline guy behaviour.

                  Sir last week saturday booked a parcel in chennai koyembedu office till now not reached to my home town kangeyam sterday i communicated n koyembedu office they simply saying booked person not written d booked reference number n box so v not send d parcel reference number mentioning s our duty or branch conteolllers duty pls contact n send tat early

                    I sent parcel to Guindy branch. Guy in this branch asking loading unloading charges of RS.20 for each parcel. I paid bill along with loading/unloading charges, they why I need to pay additional. Worst behaviour.
                    I booked a bus from Mettur to Chennai. I don't receive SMS for bus details. While contacting the office for bus and contact details, I don't get proper reply. I didn't get correct information on this.Their way of communication is very rude. I just want to correct their way of communication. I just want to get the issue solved

                      Sir I send parcel to kaveripatnam from Chennai veppari on 12th Feb 2018 (G C no 1909223)but they didn't deliver to kaveripatnam till today 22nd Feb we tried the both of parcel centers they are not giving reply and responds too.
                      I was booked yesterday in mss travel mobile app payment success but not booking were is my amount ticket I'd no. 02592945 I cannot contact mss customer care
                      I have booked 4 tickets, unfortunately one o[censored]s is cannot able to travel but I didn't cancel any ticket. The driver has taken this additional ticket and loaded a person for my reservation and collected money from that person.

                        No bus service, no refund

                        HI SIR,

                        I have booked ticket chennai to dharapuram in mettur super services, please find the attached ticket details.

                        Boarding point in chrompet at 9.15 pm its mentioned in the ticket, i have been waited from 8.00 pm to 2.30 pm.

                        Nearly 6.30 hrs in the bustand. Till now the bus is not came I have tried to reach mobile and land line number
