Mettur Super Services — Parcel Bike Damaged

I recently packed my scooty and sent it from MSS Guindy to MSS Mannachanallur. Unfortunately, it arrived with significant damage, which is unusual. I haven't seen this level of damage on any other bikes transported by MSS.

While the management told and I understand that the management is not directly responsible for damages, I believe the handling of vehicles should be handled with more care to ensure their safety. I'm very dissatisfied with this experience and will likely not recommend MSS transport for future parcel services.

I've already contacted the Mettur head office, MSS Guindy office, and MSS Mannachanallur office but haven't received a satisfactory response. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly.
