Mettur Super Services — Parcel not delivered in time and worst customer service

Hi - My parcel booked on last friday is laying in sulur hub for past 4 days and no response from Mettur customer care and Booking manbagers. They charge heavy tansport fee but not readfy to deliver in time. Worst service.
