Mettur Super Services — Parcel not received and Not responding

We are booking parcel 2 whit poly bag on 8.1.2025 from Madurai Fatima college to Chennai Tondiarpet At the name of T.A VASU APPALAM DEPOT. Almost reached 5 days till now not received the parcel. So I call to the salem headoffice and Chennai hub and Manager. Everyone told it's in Chennai hub Velappanchavadi if you want come and take the parcel or wait for till Friday. Actually tomorrow pongal today I'll not supply means that order was cancelled by customer end. It's affect my business and Goodwill. But MSS staff told irresponsible Answer
