Think twice before buying a MG car, you may commit a bad mistake.

on february 1st week, I purchased a brand new [MG Gloster] from the lajpat nagar, Delhi showroom. Upon driving the car after 2 days, I discovered that internet was not functioning hence i raised my concern to showroom manager who asked me to contact with their service center at Okhla. I was called with the car to the service center and despite being so busy I went there. The service centre did nit provide me any facility of pick up and drop of vehicle or home visit of a technical person to rectify my problem.
They checked the car and said that team from MG will come and rectify the problem.
Since then I have beem calling almost everyday the showroom/ service centre and even I called MG helpline many times but no one has bothered to help me or solve the problem.
It's been now 4 weeks since I have bought the car and am unable to use their much advertised internet functioning..
I am surprised seeing the state of affairs at MG India and the worst services they are providing to their high end customers.
It's disappointing and pathetic behavior from a company of repute.
I will not recommended anyone to buy a MG car due to their poor customer service and bad product quality.
