MG Motor India — MG Motor dealer (FPL MG, Chennai) refusing delivery at booked price Forcing new price after confirmation

I booked an MG Windsor Essence Pro (C Blue) on 18 May 2025 with FPL MG, Chennai.
The vehicle was confirmed to me on 16 July 2025 at the ex-showroom price of ₹18, 09, 800.

Now, the dealer is refusing to give the vehicle at the booked price. They are asking me to pay the new ex-showroom price ₹18, 39, 000 after an MG India price hike from 1 August 2025, even though the car was already confirmed before the hike.

They also delayed my delivery because I chose insurance from outside, and are threatening to reallocate my vehicle to someone else if I don’t agree.

I have email records, booking form, and WhatsApp messages as proof. This is unfair trade practice and harassment to the customer.

I request:

Delivery of the vehicle at the booked and confirmed price ₹18, 09, 800

Immediate action from MG Motor India against FPL MG Chennai for such practices
