Dear sir / ma'am,

I am having to write to you after failing on several escalations attempted to the university's study centre (Based in delhi) regarding my degree (Course mca-le) which is yet to be delivered to me after 5 years of completion of the course. I have been charged various times to handover my degree and certificates with my correct name mentioned on it. Initially it was handed over to me with my incorrect name mentioned on them. When i escalated it to my study centre, they took them back and charged me again with a fee in the form of demand draft payable under university's name in order to get my name correctly published on the certificates and degree. Unfortunately, i happened to pay thrice to get it fixed on the cost of their mistake and still waiting for my degree to be handed over to me.

Here, i would like to mention that i had provided all my previous documents and admission form with correct details mentioned on them but they still made the mistake.

Even after paying 3 times to the university for the same reason, i could only get the "statement of marks" with my correct name mentioned on them however, degree is yet to be given to me.
Whenever i ask for the status of degree, study centre keeps ignoring me with an excuse now "degree was lost somewhere and would take longer to get re-printed and then delivered to me"!

It is very frustrating and harassing on my part to keep chasing for my degree even after paying as much times as asked.

I would be grateful to you if you help me to get it at the earliest as i an unable to add it to my highest qualification until i have a degree with correct credentials. Also, it is severely affecting my career growth.

I have applied for provisional certificate from mgu meghalaya with enrollment no# mgu/122/sn1205060/020 on jun 2nd, 2017 with all the documents required (Self attested) also paid the amount of 5000 inr but i haven't received my certificate yet. In 2nd allotment I got an admission in CET college Airapuram.This college situated longer in my house and I'm join temporary . In 3rd allotment I got nirmala college mulanthuruthy. Then my previous allotement will cancelled so lam joing that College the principal will talking about my hair and they don't give me that admission tommorow is the last date of joining. Sir I'm a freelance model and a photographer. I can't change my passion I hope you Know understand my feelings please take an action against this issue

I am a ba student, completed my degree in the year of 2017. But i got one back paper in my third semester english paper held in october 2015. I failed in one mark. I passed my all other semesters without any supply. I wrote the supplementary exam held in october 2016. But the result is not yet publish. Without publishing the result i can't join for pg. So kindly publish the result in the month of june itself. Please take immediate action against this issue. I hope that you can understand my situation.

I have appeared a single supplementary exam (2nd semester) in may 2016. I have waited for the result for 1 year!!!.
Now april 2017 results has been published. Only 1 student's result was there and others are withheld!
I've called mg university and even visited the pareeksha bhavan. Also i have wrote a complaint request for publishing the results, they told me that the result will be published in 1 week. That was a month ago. They don't care about students future, i want to pursue my higher education to next level but they won't let me to do it!. Only 2 days left for applying kmat.

I applied for migration certificate online and paid rs 5000 for that, but due to carelessness of courier company it send back. After that i many time try to contact the [protected]/[protected]
Mobile number but no response or pick the phone, no reply of email, director or dde, certificate department no one reply the mail. Till date i not received my certificate.
Funny thing is that mention number and email is customer care number but waste.

When will i get my 6th semester mark sheet, why so much of delay? The exams were delayed for 6 months plus and now you are delaying the marksheet, many o[censored]s need to search for a job or do further studies and without the marksheet, we can do it.

MGU meghalaya is the worse university in India as a international student..i enrol for My certificate not issued..they never wanted to release my provisional certificate and migration certificate.not until the foreign student include police to arrest them for maltreatment, rudeness and disrespectful unchallent ego pride attitude..no wonder OSMANIA UNIVERSITY is better than you ever..i feel sorry for the name you use for the college..that man MAHATMA GANDHI JI he is a hero my hero..

I have passed BA in 2015, so far I have not received my certificate. it is disgusting... I have applied it on 1-9-2016 in the ordinary way with Rs 263/- later on the month of January[protected] I have given extra fees 903/- for fast track and they have told me that i could receive the certificate by the end of January or by the first week of Feb. so far I have not received it therefore I cannot meet my needs... It is shameful that when I rang to the particular department they told me it was sent to the V.C... for a whole month they repeat the same reason... it is embarrassing...

I was doing bachelor of business administration degree in MG university as distant basis, and my batch is[protected]. I still have a paper pending which the exam was conducted on Apr- May, 2015. Still the result is not published for the same, I had an opportunity to join for masters degree on December 2016 but I was unable to apply for it because my result was not published, and now in March, 2017 I have another opportunity to apply for my PG, hence i'm kindly asking when the result will be published for BBA and hope the same will be published soon before March, 2017.

Hereby I'm expecting necessary action from your side to get the result published soon and if it take more time kindly do let me know reason for the delay.

After completion i have applied for the Degree certificate two months back with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of Rs. 5000.00 in favour of MGU, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding Degree Certificate and yet I have not received my certificate. Also, No one is receiving...

My brother did his graduation from MG University in Kerala. They have office in Kottayam.
He has one back paper from his second semester which he failed by one mark . Rest all the results are out and he has cleared. He wrote the improvement exam in the fourth semester. Ho got his final results in 2015 but this paper has not come till now in 2016. Already one year is wasted. Lot of students are facing the same problem.
Neither can he do higher studies nor can he apply for a job. We have been to the university multiple times but no one knows anything.
Please help us in getting the results published at the earliest. We also suspect foul play in the evaluation as he has passed all the other exams.

And when I'm contacting Arena Animation Ajmer institute they are saying that university is not responding them.

I'm a student studying in jbcmet engineering college (affliated to MG and ktu university) Arackepady, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam district. I take admission in 2015 for 3rd semester through lateral entry examination. I'm suffering from tonsillitis (an infectious disease), because of this disease some days i can't go to my college properly and can't concentrate in my studies.because of this reasons my internal marks of past semesters 3rd, 4th and 5th semesters are below 35 marks.please improve my internal marks up to 35 marks, i never repeat this issue again, please give any other options to improve my past semester internal marks, this is the third time i register complaint against this issue but no reply from mg university, please consider this.
