My enrollment no MGU/112/SN1112061/127 it is two year passed I have not receive my BA final year marksheet, even not uploaded BA III YEAR (2014) marksheet to your site .

Misbehaviour and delayed services by some staffs in MG university, kottayam.

Dear sir,
Recently i had an encounter with MG university, kottayam as to get some certificates of mine urgently .The responsible staff in LLB section was not coperative and not giving any details . And also delayed in providing certificates that caused greater inconvenience .I had to run for 5 days each day travelling about 100 kmtrs as i come from a farther district .If atleast they had communicated well it would have been a solace, and would not have much struggles and confusion.Some are behaving with concern but those who deal with my issue didnot do that .So, request you to give some guidance to avoid such situation in future .

I have applied for my degree certificate on03/12/2011 but i have, t get original&my application has been returned withot any reson.So what i have to do for get my certificate.

I Kereena Francis, has written my supplimentry exam for History Of British Colonialism (subsidery) on march 2012 with reg. no.1325175. When the result came i failed in this paper. I have given the paper for scrutiny on 13th august 2012. As per the rule scrutiny result will be known within 30 days. Still im waiting for Scrutiny results, but its didn't come yet. I passed for all the other papers with good marks. The mark which i got for this paper was just one (1). I think that my marks was published mistakenly because i am sure that i will get more marks and i will surely pass for this paper. I came to university more than 10 times to know the results . But i did not get any response yet.

My last date to join the next course is 15th october. I need to know my result before that. So i kindly request you to help me to know my result as soon as possible.

This matter of high importance, as the I wish to pursue my Masters Degree, but unable to do so, due to the inefficiency/lack o[censored]rgency of the staff at MG University.

Although the course has been completed in 2011, till now the authorities have not taken any action after the constant reminders to issue the mark list. They have some of the most common excuses of being busy/strike etc for the last 1 year



1) I joined for the course at Advance Studies Center, Sharjah for the 1st Year

2) Transferred to Students PG Center, Irinjalakkuda to complete my 2nd & 3rd year



Mark List – 1st year received at Advance Studies center, although

2nd year suppose to receive in Kerala, but MG uni sent to Advance studies center.

3rd year – because they did not have/misplaced record of Transfer certificate, they did not issue.



I have already mailed all the necessary details to the concerned EM IV section on the 31st Dec 2012, after visiting the University and directly check with Mr. Joy of EM IV



I hope and would appreciate if you can kindly look into this matter, and instruct the section EM IV, to issue the 3rd yr Mark list and close this matter at the earliest. In case you have further question please do let me know.

SUB:ABOUT MG UNIVERSITY B TEC ODD EVEN SEM SEPERATION FOR BACK PAPER

MY TWO YEAR ALMOST GONE FOR PASSING ONE EVEN SEMESTER PAPER.I THINK THERE IS NO OTHER UNVERSITY LIKE THIS NOT SUPPORTING STUDENT CLEAR THE BACK PAPER. STILL LOT OF STUDENT STRUGLING DUE TO THIS. THEY HAD TO WAIT 6 MONTH TO WRITE EXAM 3 MONTH FOR RESULT AND 6 MONTH TO GET MARKLIST. MG UNIVERSITY SUCKS...PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE MG UNIVERSITY

It is such a pity, That these centers are still running in established in well reputed middle-east countries. Fortunately in qatar, Ministry has banned them and all higher education universities in qatar . it seems IGNOU is performing well compared to MG .. These Indians charge a whole lot of money from us for just books and a chair for exam .. and nothing else .. It is really pathetic. CBSE in delhi was better.

After being in qatar for years, , From MG we came to see the face of responsibilities and actions and problems faced by keralities. when checked with relatives they are like it is the same here but they living there have coped up with all these. I wonder even after the university is in name of national father how come the university still continues to exist among the famous reputed universities having such poor self esteem ...

Sub : Delay of M.Tech results and mark lists

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your kind attention that the results of M.Tech Degree in MG university are highly delaying. I am a final year M.Tech student and due to the lack of results and mark lists, I am unable to attend the interview for lectureship in any engineering college. All the MG university students are facing this problem. Even the degree certificate of 2011-13 batch is not issued till date. When we consulted some staffs in the university, they are responding in a irresponsible manner.

Could you please tell why the results are getting delayed? I request you to kindly speed up the procedures for the same.

My name is sreelakshmi, where I am doing BA.English model three in c e t college Perumbavoor under mg university. When the second sem result where announced 90 percent of my friends have failed in history paper and I too. It is a very tough paper in this course, I never expected this because I have my confidence that I had written my exam well, I just only got 17 marks out of 80. According to new system we need about 40 percent maks to pass please liberalize your mode of checking and give marks to the ones who are eligible. Do not do it for the sake of mere checking its our future.

My name is Vishnu Harshan. I've studied MG University off campus BFT course from Nirmala collage of IT. Chalakudy. Recently I've lost my 1st and Second years mark lists and I've applied for the same in April 24th 2018. I've already paid the fare they asked for and told me that it will reach within 2 weaks to my recent address. Science the duration which they've informed is over and I didn't get the mark lists so I've contacted them again. They've informed me that by that time they've only just then forwarded the application to the next department (I'm not sure which department, The contact person didn't tell me that and hung up suddenly)
Today is june 4th. I didn't get it yet and after the office time I'm trying to contact all the department's possible to get connected with the university. Not even picked a single call.
Please help me to know whether the mark lists already sent or how much more it will take to process. Sorry for the long message. I'm planning to do my Higher studies abroad and I'm in the dead-line. Hopefully looking forward to your replay.
