I have not received my 1st and 2nd-year mark sheets and also i want to apply for the consolidated marks sheet and transcript. My enrollment no is mgu/122/sn1112090/001.in my marks card father name is mentioned wrong. It should be rajesh jindal as per 10th certificate instead of rajesh jimdal.
I am following up from last six month but no respond from the university. Please help me to the fathers name correction on my marks on priority so that i can apply for the degree and i have to due further studies which is impacting because of this issue. I have applied for mgu certificate on july 5th and haven't received the certificate yet.
It is close to one month as of now.

I have just received the receipt for the payment of rs.5000 and i haven't got any tracking info of the certificate nor was i told if all the documents were correctly submitted.

I'm trying to reach out to all the numbers of mgu customer care and no one is even bothered to receive the call. Even wrote emails to certifications. Mgu. Edu.in and i haven't got any replies yet.

Sent email again to certifications. Mgu. Edu.in with all the documents and passport-sized photo with the screenshot of the receipt of payment.
Still no-one replies.

Really stuck with this. I'm unable to get the offer only because of this delay in one of the mnc.

I'd request the university to provide the certificate as soon as possible so that i can provide this to the company. At least a softcopy for the immediate purpose would be still fine.

Since no one is available to answer my call/emails, i had to write this here

I have been accused of malpractice for writing my registration number in the drawing sheets of graphics exam. I did it so that if at all the sheet goes missing how wi'll they know it's mine. Somebody help me please. I'm a 3rd year student who is unable to know her first year marks. Also neither did the invigilator said anything about not writing registered number. Please help me. I'm in despair

I would like to state that i haven't received admit cards and the marketeer of first year till now. I passed my first year exam in the year 2016 and therefore i now need my admit card of both the years and marksheet as well. When i asked for the migration process the office people told me that the amount of rs. 5000 is required and if required urgently they asked me the amount of rs. 12000. Also i haven't got my degree certificate as well. I applied for it 4 months back. Mgu is a very careless institute as i have known and also been asking for lots of money. I need my certificates and everything but the student's future does not matter to them at all. Very very disappointed.

I belong to SC category. I got my admission in 2nd allotment. I admitted as temporary. I didnt got any special allotment. I called the help desk for further details then the madam informed me to go to college after the 2nd special allotment. When I reached there I got to know that my admission cancelled. Then I contacted help desk they replied that they don't know any thing. What would I do now? Please help me sir

I applied for individual degree marklist and paid the fee online i got one phone call asking my adress and said it will arrive in 2-3 days its been more than 20 days since i applied still havent received as usual no one is picking up calls and no reply to email... Very very professional it seems.. I waited at the university for an insane amount of time to actually pay the fee and fill the details and going back and forth from office to office without eating food or anything. They dont even care about the people coming in as if they are playing god!

Completed degree in 2016, haven't received degree marks card. Person is facing problem in my career due to this. Nobody from college his helping. Why do we have to suffer, it's like even after competition of my degree, he aint a degree holder and it's no joke that someone have to re do it.

Requesting you to look into it and do the needful on priority basis. Because college is so helpless.

It's really unfair to that someone's career is at stake.

Sir, This is to bring to your notice about the pathetic administration and situation of one of the worst universities in Kerala, none other than MG University. The Results publishing and conducting of examination are really pathetic that students studying under this university is at its adverse situation. Nonetheless that o[censored]G education also PG courses are also adversely affected due to this. Also as a means to make money the University is doing its best to withhold the results of reevaluated papers until the reexamination payments are done. Once the same students does the reexamination registration the results of revaluation are published and those who passes in that stands at a lose on payment of the amount for re examination of the same papers.

Other than this procedural delays happening in this university is well commendable and inorder to move a file from one desk to the next desk adjacent to it might even take 6 months where the actual time required could be 6 min. The students face very adverse situations like even the best performers in academics may fail due to the proficiency of correction of papers while the one who has just registered and have not appeared for the exams may pass. As per the guidelines came to know that number of papers to be corrected in an hour is pre stipulated to an unachievable numbers and the paper correction is almost a fast forward practice where students who are to pass may fail and students who are to fail may pass.

Hence as we see that a new vice chancellor has been appointed to this university exclusively we believe that atleast some thing good might happen in the due course.

note: Instances for withholding the results /certificates in the university has resulted even to suicide attempts in front of this administrative office several times.

I am student of mgu and currently working in abroad. Trying to contract university but fail to contact then regarding transcript for wes (World education services) for canada. I don't know how and whom should i contact and in which number.

Note :transcript for (Canada) charges and process must be mentioned in university portal (Website)

Highly unprofessional people working in customer service o[censored]niversity. They never answer the call. Management have to take serious steps to resolve the issued faced by customers.

Hope management will take action to solve customer service and other loop holes.

No updates regarding my graduation certificate. I had applied for my graduation certificate a couple of months back by paying 5000 rs. Till this date i have not received my certificate and tried calling up their customer service no. No response from their side. My enrollment no is mgu/122/rns6570016/008. This is such a worst experience from the management and highly dissatisfied by their services. Please see to this and resolve my issue.

Hello sir/madam,

I have applied for degree certificate on 2 january, 2019 in normal mode. I also paid rs.5000/- towards charges for degree certificate.

Please, kindly revert me with status of degree certificate. As time span for issuance of degree certificate is 90 days for normal mode. Already 90 days passed away, but i did not get any response from university.

Please, revert me as earlier as possible, as i need degree certificate urgently for my future purpose.
