I have completed my masters degree from mahatma gandhi university in june, 2016 and i have applied for my original certifiactes paying ₹283 on 18th july 2017 (Receipt no:734487) and till today i have not received my certificate from your end.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me with my pg certificate as i need it urgently for my government job purpose as soon as possible.

In 2018 i completed my 3 years degree course from mg university. As i have scored more marks in the revaluation of 5 th semester examination and for up-gradation of marks in the mark list 2 months before i surrendered my provisional mark list and consolidated mark list. The marks are upgraded in the website but since now i had not received any of my certificates and it is necessary for me to register for my pg exam registration. At the event of surrender of certificates they assure that the certificates will be returned within 2 weeks time period. What i want to do next?

Hi.. L cleared from mgu in 2015 in new delhi am a foreign student from kenya. I paid 5000rps and got my provisional certificate in 2016. Now l need my main degree certificate and am finding it hard getting it because l have to pay another 5000rps and your online mode of payment is not working. I have bank of baroda... Can you direct me on how to pay with dd using bank of baroda?

I have applied for degree certificate on 02.10.2018. All documents are submitted. Payment is also done successfully. Now, i am not able to track the progress. There is no update about the progress. I am rishikesh and i did mba from mgu. My enrollment no is mgu/141/sn1108006/009. I did not receive my certificate so i contacted mgu via a different method like via facebook page, email, phone etc. But did not get a proper response. One day i got a response via the facebook page to do an online payment and i followed that instruction and did online payment for the same.

It's been 3 months of payment however, i have not received it till date.

I sent an email to [protected]@mgu. Edu.in also but not getting any response. It is very disappointing that after following the instruction still we have to follow up with them and they are not bothering to even answer it. Kindly look into this on urgent basis.

Students are facing serious issue and ill treated by c e t college management, they are not conducting regular classes and not facilitated computer software which are relevant for bft semester curriculum.
We are humbly requesting university level involvement for effective repond from college management.

I was an student of Ernakulam law college and then discontinued and then took admission in another law college. I applied for migration certificate through online website of mg University and they are refusing to process it.Everytime I submit application they say my details are incorrect and I have not submitted non malpractice certificate.They are telling to submit non malpractice certificate from college and all.I have not written a single exam under the previous college and how will I submit that.I have classes going on and please help me regarding this sir.
My application number is 2444 and I already paid fees. Please help me in getting the same and please abolish this system of migration certificate.If a student changes college or university within a state, migration certificate should not be necessary. Actually applying and getting this certificate is time consuming and is a head ache. I urge sir to please do the needful.

I have discontinued a course in mg university. While leaving i could get only a transfer certificate from the college.in order to get admission in another university i would need a migration certificate. Does mgu provide migration certificate to discontinued students? If so how can i get it?? Which are the document needed for this?? Please make it fast..

I have a complaint about MGU, Meghalaya. I have complete my MBA, Finance (Correspondence) in 2015 and applied for degree but still not received. My enrollment number MGU/132/SN1307027/002.
They are already tsken too much time to provide a degree. Today is 13-July-2018. Is three years are not enough to issue a degree to a student or is it their way to deal with students. I have lauched a mail to university including every important post but no reply received.

I am the ex-student of MGU Distance Learning from Delhi North campus center, Lawrence Road. I Completed my MBA in HR in July 2014. I have passed all the four semesters and got my all mark sheets. since 2014.

I am trying to get the degree but not able to locate your center in Delhi-NCR nor any responsible concern person. Lawerence Road Centre has vanished and the people contact number not in service, which is very unprofessional.

Hello Sir,

I have enrolled for MGU BSc in Animation and have completed the course with Affiliated by Arena Animation, Citylight Road, Surat, Gujarat under-enrollment No: MGU/112/RNS280124/006. After completion, I have applied for the Degree certificate with all the relevant documents mentioned as well as I paid an online payment of Rs. 5000.00 in favor of MGU. No response regarding Degree Certificate and yet I have not received my Correct Certificate. They provide us wrong contact number +[protected].

There are 2nd-time silly mistakes from their end. I send them 1st-time reverse courier because I got a wrong Degree Certificate from them, in the end, they are doing, again and again, same mistakes.

Mistake in Degree Certificate - Hiteshkumar (Father Name) but Correct name is "Miteshkumar"

Now they do 2nd -time same mistakes in my Full Name. I can't afford 2nd-time wrong courier charges.

My Question is who bears 2nd-time courier charges?? I am not.

Also, No one is receiving my phone calls since the last couple of weeks. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my mail. totally unprofessional behavior by keeping a student's career.

I just got a call on this no:[protected], she is not listing to me, and instead when is try to tell her the reason why i had submitted the 3 sem form early she is like why are you arguing with me and she cutted the call. And when i try calling her she explained everything to me and but was not ready to listen to me and again i called she said if you are interested just right the exam i don't care. Can't a student ask a question, why can't they be patient. They are the one who is arguing. I really want to write the exam

Dear Sir,

I had emrolled my self for a BA HM course in JAN 2014 with the MGU universty. My Enrollment no is MGU/141/SN1209017/035.

I have cleared all my subjects, online, results has been declared.

Now, I am trying to get in touch with the universaty for my Degree as i want it on tatkal basis. University portal is asking for Rs 12000. I can pay the amount but there is no surity of response after pau the fee online and we will have to chase the concerned personnel to get the degree as presently no one respond on the cocntact numbers given on the university web site.

Do not understand, Why after giving all the exams i need to purchase my Degree after being paid my full course fee.

As i have applied for a degree on your portal and paid rs 5000/- and the amount was being deducted from my account and still the status has not been updated on your portal. Please revert me back with updated details or some other action i need to take against it.
