[Resolved]  Mg University — Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing

I have enrolled for mgu m. B. A and have completed the course under enrollment no:mgu/111/sn1108006/326

After completion i have applied for the degree certification on 31/01/2020 with all the relevant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, but still i didn't get any information regarding the same. No response regarding degree certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last couple of weeks and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. I had also filed a same complaint in may 2020 and get a reply from customer support that due to lockdown, it will take some time.. After that around 1.5 months, i'm submitting my complaint again.
