[Resolved] Mg University — I didn't get the original degree certificates yet

My name is Alphin Roy, I have completed my B.com with computer degree course in Ettumanoorappan College in the year 2019 and have applied for the degree original certificate on March 2022 through FAST TRACK and they told me that the orginal certificate will get within one month. But I have received an email saying some documents have detected defect. I reached MG University office directly and they told me to reply to the mail attaching the clear copy of defected certificates. I have done like they said and till my certificates are not yet came. Many times I tried for getting the helpline number but never connected. kindly request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful.

I have got an email saying that "Degree certificate is given to dispatch section on 08.06.2022".

MG University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My name is Shiv Kumar Vats, I have completed my BA degree course in MG University Meghalaya (13th Mile, G.S. Road, Khanapara Under, Ri Bhoi, Meghalaya 793101) in the year 2013-14 and have applied for the degree original certificate and mark-sheets to be sent by post on registered address as per their records. But I have received an email saying you have to pay $20, 000 to get degree certificate. Whereas I paid my fees and cleared all dues when I completed my graduation through MG University in Meghalaya. They asked me to send the mark-sheets over email for reference then I told them they have issued only 1st year mark sheet to me. I have done like they said and till yet my certificates are not issued or sent. Many times, I have tried to get them on helpline number & emails, but no response. Would
request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful. As i have to submit the required documents to my employer at the earliest.
