[Resolved] MH Lifestyles — NO GOODS or TRACKING after full payment | |||
We had placed an order and made full payment of INR INR 118, 862.oo on the 19th April 2014. As discussed, goods were to be sent to us via Fedex within 3 days. After full payment was processed, all we got was excuses after excuses. They claim to have stock but unable to send out. 1) First they said goods were with agent in DELHI and once agent updates tracking, they will provide the same to us. 2) Gave an invalid tracking number. 3) Then Mr WASIM claims he has sent his bro to DELHI to check on agent. Then awaiting bro's return. Bro mobile batt flat.. etc 4) Then they claimed they don't want to deal with that agent and they are taking back stock to repack and send to us ia fedex directly. 5) Problem with setting up FEDEX account. 6) And when we contact them, its the same excuses & promises... EATING... GONE FOR PRAYERS... ON THE PHONE WITH COURIER.. WILL SURELY GET TRACKING BY TODAY... ETC ETC... Exactly 1 month now and i have been in touch with them EVERYDAY. So i still trusted them and thought this is a communication breakdown. so i got my other supplier in India to contact them to communicate in their mother tongue: Hindi. Then Mr WASIM got offended and claimed GOD knows that they never cheated anyone. They have promised to process CHEQUE refund by NOON today. I hope that happens. $$$ is not an issue here.. but i hv lost trust of customers who placed an order with me 1 month ago. That's the biggest loss. This complaint would be RESOLVED as soon as i get my full refund, . Was this information helpful? | |||
