I purchased some kids dresses in life style online shopping, three of the dresses were too large so i deiced to return to product under 30 days return policy, i returned on 24th July till now they don't refund me, i don't know what happening, i was complained and also made a call to customer care they keep on telling to wait 24 to 28 business hrs from 3rd august on wards, so pls help me to get my refund and file complain against them am so depressed and feeling very tried to keep on asking them, i will attach return receipt and mail copy which they send me, thank you so much.

MH Lifestyles is a fraud company and Mohsin Khan who is running the company is a very big fraud/ cheater. In September 2014 I transferred 17400 Rs to his account for sending few clothes. He did not send the package for few weeks. Finally he said he is having some issues in sending the package to USA and he will return the money back. I gave my parents account info to transfer the money back. Till now he did not give the money back. He was keep postponing telling some stories. Now his phone is switched off and he is not in whats app too. I think he disappeared with all the money collected. Please some one try to catch these kind of people to save India. I also believed and send him about 1Lakh INR and he never sent any product, nor returned money. He has tons of excuses, custom, his daughter sick and he talks so sweet that you will get it soon etc. Total fraud, if you want to loooooose your money, then do business with him. MH LIFESTYLES (Mr. Mohsin Khan) have taken an advanced amount of Rs. 23, 808.000 (Twenty three thousand eight hundred and eight) by promising to deliver some dress materials before Bakrid (5th October 2014). I was keeping in touch by asking him about the delivery but always giving me excuses blaming the courier services and so on. After Bakrid I was disappointed with the fact of not delivering the items and requested him to return my money. He was given many dates for returning my money including the last date of today. As I was in in critical situation and couldn't able to contact him but my sister contacted him and explained the situation, for that he gave the date 30th October 2014. Until now the amount is not transferred. I am helpless with my situation and in need of money as soon as possible to overcome the critical situation I am facing at the moment.. He always respond through whatsap for my queries and keep on promising me dates but no delivery of the item and after there is no refund of money. This company is listed in all major reputed trade service websites like exportersindia.com, tradeindia.com, esuppliersindia.com, importers.com, tradetrukey.com, alibaba.com and indiatradezone.com etc. I am attaching the proof of money transfer and the invoice i received from Mr. Mohsin Khan. Hopefully expecting a positive response for this complaint by refunding my amount the soonest time possible.

I had an online purchase of clothes from company named MH lifestyles whose owner is MOHSIN KHAN after posting a buying request in alibaba.com for an amount of 30000 INR on May of this year. I never received the stuffs. he was telling lots of reasons that, had send, will be reaching within 1 wk, its in customs...etc...after a month when i asked to refund the amount, he was telling fraud reasons. Till now i did not get the money, he is continuing saying new reasons. When i said am going to complaint at Jaipur police station he is not at all bothered he says u can do whatever u like they are not going to do anything.These many complaints are posted against him and in Jaipur police stations no actions are being taken against such fraud people. MH Lifestyles and mohsin khan are fraud. They ask people to deposit money into the account when people order items. Neither the items are delivered nor the amount is refunded back. I am a victim as well Its been a month and I am yet to receive my 52707.

We have been contacted by MH Lifestyles via TRADE-INDIA against our Dress enquiry. We have ordered ONE Salwar for the amount Rs 2300+100(shipping) = Rs2400(total), and they have sent a INVOICE copy to our email on 23rd July 2014, and We have made payment of Rs 2400 via NEFT Transaction, to their ICICI Account (IFSC Code : ICIC0000012 ).
Whenever we chase him (Mr.Mohsin ) for the Courier details, he said due to 'Heavy Rain' he couldn't get the courier details from his courier company. We almost tired with the continuous follow-ups. NO PROGRESS AT ALL.
We felt that 'may be due non-stock' he has not send that SALWAR at the right time. So, again we had asked him that him that if you are running out of stock, we can order other pieces instead of that Salwar. He agreed that now he will make sure that the Item dispatch from his place and he told us that he can share the COURIER detail this time. ''BUT NOTHING MOVED''
Finally, We felt that we should ask for REFUND. Again he accepted this proposal as well, but nothing progressing.
Whenever we chase him through his 'WhatsAPP', he says this is not a BIG MONEY. We are bit frustrated about this act. We keep on chase him, one time he said, 'HE WILL NOT MAKE TRANSFER' if we keep ask him about this refund. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE with his CONVERSATION.

WE have attached all the relevant proofs with this Complaint. There should be some proper action taken against this kind of FRAUDENT company/persons.

Mohsin started threatening when asking to refund my money back. I have all the proofs of the conversations about the money and drama's he did. I was dealing with Mohsin from past 1 yr. And you will not believe that i haven't received a single product till date or my money. I have been calling him from Dec 2013 till now to return my Rs 19000. Mohsin has an excuse everyday and i have to learn that art from him. After searching for his company online, i have seen some many complaints and thought of showing my vent online.I understood if you deal with MH Lifestyles then it is fraud. I was told that my money would be deposited by monday June, 2. Lets see if not, i will open a police complaint or wait till consumer complaints returns back to me for ehat action to be taken.

Oh my God, so shocked to see so many complaints against this company - MH lifestyles. I am saved, I was going to make order of about 2 lakh rupees. Thanks to consumer complaints and all you people here, I will never deal with them and ask all my friends to be aware. People like these should go to hell. Long live consumer complaints forum!

We had processed full payment for 147 kurtis on the 19th April. Till date, we never receive any stock. We were promised 3 days delivery via Fedex. Its stated the same in the invoice. After processing full payment, we were following up on our order every single day till late nights. What we got were excuses. Agent messed it up... they are taking back stock from Delhi agent.. repacking as parcels got dusty... opening fedex account, etc... then they also gave invalid tracking. Their TOMORROW never comes... Without a choice we had requested for full refund. They deposit cheque which bounced. Reason: Insufficient funds. Why issue cheque when you know there's insufficient funds in the bank? We have been in business for 5 years and our reputation is totally damaged here. Customers even threaten to file a police report against me. Without a choice we had made police report against MH Lifestyles. Only after showing them the police report we got refund of INR 70k yesterday. Total payment to them was INR 118862.00. We are still awaiting balance. Promised to pay today.. again got excuse only... next they promise to settle balance by 11am tomm (Sat)... i hope its for real this time. Getting back the money is one thing, but who's gonna repair the damage done to my business reputation. I don't even think they are apologetic about this whole thing. We shall update further after receiving balance from them. I am also in touch with local police who has asked us to update them if we receive full refund. In Singapore this is considered breech of contract and its serious offence. I am also in touch with Jaipur police regarding this issue. I am willing to remove complaint if MH lifestyle do what's needed.

Hi' mohsin khan is still telling me lies he is not paying me back my refund for the clothes ordered I have given him so much time to deliver my order but he has failed I will be sending in my police complaint shortly. Today mohsin said the bank is on strike so he can't pay me but yesterday he was saying he has opened a paypal account and is going to refund me through paypal which should have happened today and today there are more excuses. I am not going to back down and let this man take my money. Mohsin khan is a fraud and mhlifestyles is a fraud
