[Resolved]  MH Lifestyles — Not refunding the money

I had an online purchase of clothes from company named MH lifestyles whose owner is MOHSIN KHAN after posting a buying request in alibaba.com for an amount of 30000 INR on May of this year. I never received the stuffs. he was telling lots of reasons that, had send, will be reaching within 1 wk, its in customs...etc...after a month when i asked to refund the amount, he was telling fraud reasons. Till now i did not get the money, he is continuing saying new reasons. When i said am going to complaint at Jaipur police station he is not at all bothered he says u can do whatever u like they are not going to do anything.These many complaints are posted against him and in Jaipur police stations no actions are being taken against such fraud people.
