mha — Refund of fraudulent transaction against my willingness

I was told before issuing SBI IRCTC Credit card that no annual charges for first year despite Rs. 4192 is debited from my SBI account and it is auto debited on 9/1/2021 against my willingness and my consent was not taken. It is fraudulent transaction. I have lodge complain for refund.
Request to ensure refund and take cognizance against the fraudulent. I shall be grateful to you.
