Mhada — Amount deducted by transaction failed

Application No: [protected], my payment got deducted but transaction failed dated on 28th Aug 2021. refund not yet received, i have checked with bank too & raised a complaint even they can't find where the payment got stuck. Payment made through Canara bank debit card. transaction ID KHAADBMHADAMUMAIIN-2, 15684978 amount : 10560/- from account no.[protected]. Kindy check & refund the amount at earliest.
