Hi,

Myself, Seema Bhimrao Patil, (PAN-AMNPP9225H) I had applied for MHADA lottery 2010, in Lower income group. My Application number is-018748. I had paid the Deposit Amount of Rs. 15, 000/- at the time of application. As I haven't been win this lottery. So you should have send me cheque or should have deposited the deposit Amount of Rs. 15000/- in my bank Account, My Bank Details are - ( Cancelled Cheque Copy attached )

I have attached every document in this regard. Application Form filled by me & received from you with stamp.

Application Form No. 018748, Scheme Code - 241, Location - Canara Engineering, Ghatkopar East.

But as on date, I haven't received any refund for the amount.
I have contacted to your office, before, on phone, but no any response from them. I am again requesting you that look in to this matter and refund the amount immediately.
I am again attaching my bank details of Bank of Maharashtra, Thane branch. If you are unable to refund with above bank details, kindly issue me cheque at my Home Address ASAP.
