Mhada — refund of caution money against surrender of tenement | |
I was applied for mhada lottery-2019 mig 241-i mahalunge on behalf of my wife. She was the winner. But due to some unavoidable circumstance we surrendered the tenement and regarding this we send surrendered letter to speed post hard copy as well as through mail. Speed post track no. Em[protected]in. It delivered on 29/07/2019. But still we didn't got refund our caution money (Rs.15000/-). Was this information helpful? | |

Even I had personally visited Bandra office and submitted surrender form as online banking is not working for Mhada post lottery 2018. I was a winner of Mahavir Nagar Kandivali tenenment. It has been more than 45 days but still haven't received my refund of 49000 Rs. And when yoi call the helpline, one officer tells to call on another number stating yoir file is with XYZ. Eventually, got no help as call was simplu getting transferred from one officer to another.
