I purchased redmi note3 fom snap deal but they send me defective piece nd now reluctant to replace or refund.for ur information i recieved phone on 30 oct. iregistered complaint on 4nov.but all in vain.kindly help me.my phone was picked up but returned back in same condition saying that it doesnot match our quality measures phone was never mishandled by me, then what is my fault, i paid 11999/ in advance nd for insuranc extra payment was given im being harassed. kindly help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
