Mi Tv — technician did not visit to repair tv

My mi 4a pro 49inch tv did not work from saturday. After contacting customer care i booked a complaint on sunday. I received a message saying that the technician will visit on monday between 9am to 12 pm. But no one contacted monday fully. On tuesday after i raised a complaint the service center sent a person on tuesday evening who did not know how to repair the tv as he was trained only for tv installation. Then the service centre manager said that he will send a person wednesday morning. Till evening no one came so i contacted the service centre again but they said that there are 1000 customers for them and so they wont send any technician. I have contacted customer care yesterday and said i will go to consumer court but even then there is no response. Kindly take this as a serious issue. Please take complaint over the service centre and also on mi tv
