full description: Hello sir, informing you all that today I encountered network issue and connectivity got lost of almost 4 hours. Hence, I was unable to log out or continue working. I was expecting a call from a company regarding my issue but no one contacted me. And adding to that, customer care agents are not cooperative by any means.
Now, I am afraid of being penalized for amount of 6500 rupees unnecessarily. In fact I and my family were relying on this project as it was weekly paid.
Hence, I want your cooperation in this matter and take necessary action against them if possible.
