It has been 10 days that I have been following up with Microscan customer care and their Wakad Area Manager Prashant. I have taken this connection on 20th June and since then facing many issues like frequent disconnection and low speed.
I have lodged 4-5 complaint till now but no response from their side. I have called area head Mr. Prashant several times in the last 4 days but still, the issue persists. Customer care always says, we have assigned an engineer and he will visit soon but then no response. There has been no response for resolution yet. Each time they come with saying that this will be resolved in 30mins but it never does. Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service.
