Microscan Isp Complaints & Reviews

It has been 3 months that i have been using microscan internet services. I had paid for 1 year and opted for 20mbps speed plan. I have taken this connection on august 2019 and since then facing many issues like frequent disconnection and low speed. I stay at wakad area in pune.
I have lodged 4-5 complaint till now but no response from their side. These people always say we have assigned an engineer and he will visit soon but then no response. There has been no response for resolution yet. Each time they come with saying that this will be resolved in 30mins but it never does. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
I want my money back and discontinue microscan internet connection please.

It has been 10 days that I have been following up with Microscan customer care and their Wakad Area Manager Prashant. I have taken this connection on 20th June and since then facing many issues like frequent disconnection and low speed.
I have lodged 4-5 complaint till now but no response from their side. I have called area head Mr. Prashant several times in the last 4 days but still, the issue persists. Customer care always says, we have assigned an engineer and he will visit soon but then no response. There has been no response for resolution yet. Each time they come with saying that this will be resolved in 30mins but it never does. Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service.
I want my money back and discontinue microscan internet connection please.
