Hi,
It has been more than 5 months that I gave my Lumia 720(alongwith the charger) for resolving some charging issues with the device at Microsoft service centre(Ganpati Mobile Bank, Boring Road, Patna - 800001) in Patna, Bihar, India. But, till date there is no response from the service centre regarding my phone. I am not a resident of Patna but I have visited the centre many times and to my surprise, I found the centre to be closed....

I don't really use it since it's a very old email address but I do take a look at all my old stuff time to time.
One day as soon as I logged in all of my emails were gone, disappeared. No inbox, no sent items, no folders, everything lost.
