I have received a email on 24/6/09 from UK - Mr. Walter Murphy - Accredited Fiduciary Agent regarding winning of lottery conducted by them. He told me that one of their Processing Manager Mr. Billson Moore will be coming to India on Friday (26/06/09) to handover my winning prize o[censored]S$ 1, 000, 000.00 and he asked me to keep ready an amount of Rs.34, 500/- as custom clearance to be given to Custom authorities. But I was not having that much amount with me so gave me a 2 days time i.e. till 29/6/09. I asked him to meet me but he told me that after depositing the amount he will meet me. Mr. Billson told me to deposit Rs.34, 500/- deposit directly into account of Mr. Dinesh Kumar Jain (Custom authority as per his statement) PAN no. AAEPJ2162 and account no.[protected] ICICI Bank.But I refused to deposit it, so he left to UKwithout handovering the parcel to me.

So can you please check with the Custom authorities in Mumbai airport that whether the parcel had really come from UK in the name of Laxmi Ganesh Chavan?

I have got an e-mail from Mr Richard Alkire who is from microsoft windows saying that i have won 1 million pounds sterling from their lottery.

And that my Personal e-mail id is attached to 5 MAY - 2009-MSW, with serial number S/N-00168 drew the lucky numbers[protected], in the first lottery category and therefore attracted a cash award of GBP. Ј1, 000, 000.00 (One Million Pounds Sterling) and a Toshiba laptop.

But as they have told me to first give them delivery charges of 430 GBP i had a doubt and went on to check the web site and found out that there has been a scam almost similar to this with almost the same type of message, and the money i have to put it in some person's name Laisangzu Ali over here in India.

Requesting you to please check out on this, if it is genuine or a scam
