    I am Ashish from hadapsar pune, maharashtra, i want to raise complaint for my microsoft book 3 product which is not working properly, i have purchase this product on January but suddenly I am having major battery issue of this product, battery drain quickly and sometime directly get shut down, please do the needful.

            Even after replacing the laptop for Overheating issue its coming on replacement laptop as well.
            What is the meaning of sending replacement laptop which is producing similar issue . I have 2 more users who is facing same.

              I have got my product key for microsoft apps. When I am using product key for login it is showing please double check your product key. We are having trouble in recognizing. I am not able to access any of microsoft apps or programs

                As per above subject line we purchased Surface Laptop MS SL3 (Product serial no[protected] since day one it's not working and last 14 days, I visited your Reliance Digital GT Store Jaipur s on almost daily basis ( 8 times ) and spent time with your technical expert who sale me this product drop the product for proper repairing. Now without using a single day of laptop after taking so much time, store team suggested and said that your lodge complain to Microsoft site and asked for replacement.

                This is very bad and lethargic services and very worst experience with such large digital store.

                Kindly support and guide to protect my rights under consumer protection act.

                  I have a Microsoft surface laptop 2 which I had purchased from reliance digital on 26/6/20. After the purchase I was constantly experiencing with the laptop camera for which the complain had been raised with Microsoft time and again. The virtual support team would fix it and then after a week the same problem would arrive. An option of exchange was never offered to me even though the problem was time and again reported to Microsoft. In the month of July suddenly my laptop wouldn't start. The same was informed to Microsoft and they offered to send me a charger in case there was an issue with the charger. But even with the replacement charger the laptop won't start. I asked them to fix the laptop but now they are asking me to replace laptop as their is no option to get it service in all of India, and for the exchange I will have to first give a DD of Rs 38, 000 beforehand. I had paid Rs 76, 000 for the laptop which I had purchased almost an year ago which had a problem within the warranty period itself. Upon bringing this issue, Microsoft says that if you can start the laptop and give it to us then they will replace the laptop for free but if I cannot start I will have to exchange it and pay Rs 38, 000 for it. There is no option to get the problem fixed as well as there is no option to get it serviced anywhere in India. To get the problem fixed I traveled all the way to Kolkata as on their website it says there is a service centre in Kolkata where the service centre people say ' we only talk cheque and give you a replacement product for it'. After paying Rs 76, 000 for a faulty product now I have to pay another Rs 38, 000 to use the product as there is no option to even get my laptop checked and get to know what is the issue with it. As a student for whom laptop is a must I have had to make these rounds and harm my studies as I cannot use the laptop and am being forced by Microsoft to pay Rs 38, 000 to further use the laptop due to no fault of my own. I request the consumer forum to Kindly help me as I am only a student and don't know what else to do.

                      Renew of Microsoft office 365

                      My subscription of Microsoft office 365 got auto renewed in May 2021..but office is not working stating that subscription is over...I have contacted the Microsoft but no clear answers received and problems still existing...Also I have checked with my credit card bank and they have confirmed the transaction. I am attaching a screenshot as well.

                      Problem ongoing over a year. I have lost hours upon hours of time dealing with this and I'm not at all happy!

                      After Windows updates, I cannot access the internet. After several discussions with tech support, they finally got me back on. I was told to disengage Bit Defender before updating - which I did. But the result was the same.

                      I finally rolled back to the prior build.

                      Question: Why can't your techs access notes about my experiences without a case number? They should be able to search with other criteria (my name?).

                      I don't know what to do going forward - except avoid updates and cannot seem to get any useful information.

                      The last Chat tech finally gave me a phone number to call which said MS does not take tech calls. Interesting way to do business!

                            I've been getting used to Microsoft Teams for my study lectures. There's a tiny problem, in fact confusing icon display which has to be look forward in changing.

                            Issue:
                            Whenever you're done with speaking on a call in parallel, your meeting will be held. But right after back to the meeting from call, your mike shows ON, which basically was muted.

                                I had an original version of MS Office installed in my system . There was a technical problem in my system and I went to lenovo center. They rebooted my system but did not install my MS office.
                                I do not know how do I retrieve MS Office now

                                    Hi dear Sir/Mam,
                                    When I open MS teams on my laptop, it works very smoothly and properly but when I join classes, after some period of time (10-15 mins) my GPU goes up to 100% and my laptop hangs then I have to power it off and power it on again and again. Literally it happens every day and I cannot do anything. My classes are 5 hours a day and I have to restart it more than 5 times a day. Please help, it is affecting my classes...
