My subscription of Microsoft office 365 got auto renewed in May 2021..but office is not working stating that subscription is over...I have contacted the Microsoft but no clear answers received and problems still existing...Also I have checked with my credit card bank and they have confirmed the transaction. Problem ongoing over a year. I have lost hours upon hours of time dealing with this and I'm not at all happy!

After Windows updates, I cannot access the internet. After several discussions with tech support, they finally got me back on. I was told to disengage Bit Defender before updating - which I did. But the result was the same.

I finally rolled back to the prior build.

i subscribed microsoft 365 on 27 july 2021, for one month by paying inr 489/-. It worked for one day only, then it strted asking for subscription again....

Whenever you're done with speaking on a call in parallel, your meeting will be held. But right after back to the meeting from call, your mike shows ON, which basically was muted.

Hi dear Sir/Mam,
When I open MS teams on my laptop, it works very smoothly and properly but when I join classes, after some period of time (10-15 mins) my GPU goes up to 100% and my laptop hangs then I have to power it off and power it on again and again. Literally it happens every day and I cannot do anything. My classes are 5 hours a day and I have to restart it more than 5 times a day. Please help, it is affecting my classes......

This is to bring to your kind notice that a debit of Rs6199/-has been debited from my account using IBdebit card on 2nd june 2021. I have not purchased any services from Microsoft and have not even authorised your company for any auto debit. It would kind of you to check this activity. I created a new microsoft account and activated the microsoft license using that account. Now I am trying to login on outlook using that account its locked and I have not even opened it even once so recovery form is not validating my answers as its my new account and I don't have enough information. I had let go of that thinking that Microsoft will eventually stop my Office subscription based on an agent word, but they have been trying to charge me all this time and now they have deducted a total of 5, 300/- INR. I have not been paying attention to my bank statement all this time as I was tested positive with Covid and was in treatment ever since. The most irritating issue is that I purchased a Desktop Computer in 2019 with is pre-installed Windows. I was offered to upgrade to Window-10 and after upgradation my windows got deactivated. I have been asked to put the key. I once tried to resolve the issue with the technical staff but the effort was in vain. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Your support guys are not helping hand they playing on call they just transferring call to others and others provide a wrong no to client.
