Hi ,

I bought an Xbox 360 for Rs.19990, Through my credit card from :
Planet M,
DLF city Centre,MG Road, Gurgaon 122002
When i was making the purchase i was told that this item can be bought on 0% intrest and the amount shall be converted into 6 Monthly installments if i make the purchase through Credit card .
I did so , However my purchase was never convereted in EMI as the bank(HDFC) stated that the same needs to be done by the Merchant ,I contacted Mr. Sanjay , who kept assuring me that it shall be done .The same did not happen and Mr. Sanjay who is the retail manager of that store fooled me all throught this time .

I want an action to be taken against him and would also like to return the product .

Please suggest .
