I purchased ac stabilizer em 4150+ on 22nd june 2018 and installed on 24th june 2018.
This piece stopped working on 29th june 2018.
I received called after logging complaint that service can only be provide from 11 am to 6 pm including sunday is off.
We both are working and can not be available at this particular time.
On request to engineer visit at after 6.30 pm, the customer care executive bluntly refused to provide service.
Detail of log are as follows:
1- file complaint on [protected] at around 10 am dated 30/06/2018. Complaint no: mjc5282784
2- received call from mr. Praveen (Ph [protected]) and said they work only from 11am to 6 pm at around 12 pm dated 30/06/2018.
3- called mr. Praveen (Ph [protected]) several time but number not received.
4- called on number[protected], customer care pick call and repeat same thing. He did not support to resolve issue.
Today i called microtek toll free number and they closed old complaint and raised new one.
How smartly they are playing with sr.
What a pathetic staff is working in such a big brand those a purely unsupported.
In fact microtek competitors are more supportive to resolve issue.
Please do not buy microtek products.
