We have raise a Complaint No-MJC4967746

Regarding this the person who changed the card is asking for Rs.3000/- for plate replace.

Please tell us is this correct price for this.

the executive who have came to attend is now misbehaving on phone for closing the call.

after 5 days of complaint still no tech came for resolve the issue

It has 2.5 hrs since last non AC hirkani bus from Pune to Mumbai has departed. In front of me at least 10 shivneri(ac variety) has departed. The reason I am told is non availability of drivers, which is unacceptable. The location is Pune station bus stand. I had customer care as well
