Microtek International — Due to bad response by service center dhanbad (jharkhand)

I have resitered The complain on 14/08/2023. My comlain number is JH[protected] Nobody responsed for this compain. when we are calling your service center, Nobody is receiving The call.
when we tried to contact your Area sales manager (Dhanbad, Jharkhand) he also did not response.
kindly update me what to do, how could we will servive with thsi type of bad servise.
