Pathetic company
This is pertaining to my request dated 7th feb regarding the ups issue.
On 9th Feb, engineer replaced the faulty batteries o[censored]PS but sent me the bill of my name and address, however, this is my office system now and I had informed to the customer care team at the time of locking the complaint.
Now my company rejected the claim for reimbursement as they are asking to me update the billing details for which I contacted service center incharge named Himalaya which is located at sohna haryana. For which I requested him to update the name and address of this repairing bill because the original bill is also with the company's name. But he denied stating address can't be changed after complaint closed and now not picking up the calls. Take action on it urgently
Usually system is designed is such a way that closed ticket can be reopened within 24-48 hrs. This is not right. This is a loophole of your system which should be rectified.
I have paid 1850 rs from my pocket and want this name and address to be changed as per below on urgent basis so I can claim this bill and get the amount in my account from company.
