Microtek International — Inverter not working

I have purchased the product 2 months ago. Now its not working. Dnt know what happened.. Connections are alright.. I can only see the water low indicator.. Everything else is dead.. Please send some technicians asap.. We are residing where electric current is a big concern.. We cant expect light all the time.. So i humbly request you to send some one to repair it.

I purches microtek inverter 1 month before it does not work further i call custemor care and he came to my home three time repaire but it does not working so please change my inverter as soon as possible my inverter serial no is 16BGQSEAN098633

I registered my complain on 12th sep. 2016 complain no. is MJC2275673 until now no response from microtek side whereas today is 17th sep. 2016. after six days no response.
