Microtek International — Poor Power Back up

I had purchased Microteck Inverter and Battery both on 18.06.15.Daily there is power supply of around 12 hrs.My Inverter gets full charged but it get discharged within 2 hrs even if I use only two CFL.Details of Battery and Inverter is as follows: "Battery: Microtech Battery Model:ET648 ;Sl No-GQRZO[protected] DATE OF PURCHAGE-18.06-15 DEALER:JAISWAL BATTERIES BARHAJ DEORIA INVERTER: MODEL:EB900 SL NO-15EGIUIED454796 DATE OF PURCHAGE-18.06-15 DEALER:JAISWAL BATTERIES BARHAJ DEORIA" I had very poor experience with microtech. I have complained trough phone on 30-12-15.I got Job no-OB351122 but again i could not got any positive response. Every time I was told that their Technical support team is busy.I had purchased this product, considering reputation of the company but it seems to be more poor in terms of customers support, even to local manufacturers. I hope that after considering the problem, customer support team will try to resolve the issue. Hoping best!
