I brought my inverter 10-12 days ago.
Now from past 3-4 days, it is not working. On the day it stopped working itself i tried to call the delhi hq toll free number but i was always busy. At last, when i finally got the complaint no, they gave me a complaint no which was - mjc1885608 but that was it. After repeated requests about the further status of my complaint they told me that an engineer will visit my house after 48 hrs but that never happened. When i tried to again contact them they gave me some other no and told me to contact that service centre. I am frustrated my this pathetic customer care service. I then visited the company's facebook page and saw many cases with similar complaints which were never solved, i wonder how this company has survived the test of time in spite os such poor and inferior quality customer service Was this information helpful? |
